How to SmartMonday (for committee)

2-3 weeks earlier:

0. Check if virus/natural disaster/WW3/ World ends

• if yes (mail Leroy) and check if we can still do it in locals of ULB:

  • Send mail to reserve the local for SM and future SMs to leroy if condition of 0) was "yes" and if we have a confirmation of Leroy --> fill out "template locaux.docx" (that Leroy usually sends) and send it to auditoires@ulb.ac.be

• else do it over distance (if internet doesn't crash)

1. Have 3 talkers (contact people ewww) (look at mail templates for assistants and normal talkers I used)

• Lure them with something from the bar at Smartmonday or if 0) condition was no with something from the bar at the HS/next SM

2. Create an event on our site (urlab.be) and fb event and discord

3. Wait for talkers to give topics and stuff (don't ask for 100% completion of talk) only topic and description

• send talkers link to the event

4. Share event on fb and all groups of info
5. Send a newsletter with all links fb and Urlab
6. Ask Maryka to send a mail with fb and urlab link to event
7. Prepare Streamlabs (Look How To Streamlabs Readme)

1 week earlier:

• remind on fb (page event and group of info) + on discord group

1-3 days earlier: (if 0) condition was no, or if some talker is in remote)

• Test Jitsi/Discord/Twitch (with talkers) stream

D day:

• remind on fb and discord group
